Het Uitzicht van de verbetering aan XP

Uitzicht wie? Microsoft is het opvoeren voor de versie van de volgende versie van Vensters XP - Pak 3, akaXP SP3 van de Dienst. Waarom? U kunt goed vragen! Goed, zijn er miljoenen gebruikers XP die van de snelheid en prestatiesverhoging aan erfenisPCs zullen profiteren. Maar meer aan het punt, tests tonen reeds aan dat XP beduidend Uitzicht overtreft. Herinner me, kunt u XP altijd villen om het te maken kijken meer als Uitzicht zonder eigenlijk het moeten bevorderen slechts te ontdekken om dat uw machine met Uitzicht onverenigbaar is. Controle uit mijn post van hoe te krijg Uitzicht op uw machine XP.

De video vergelijkt hieronder de snelheid omhoog van laars en verwerking met diverse aroma's van Vensters van 98 aan Uitzicht, via 2000 en XP. Het is geen briljant duidelijke klem, maar u zult het punt krijgen.

Voor laars omhoog - XP en 98 vergden ongeveer 30 seconden elk, terwijl de Vensters 2000 ongeveer 1 minuut vergden, en de echte langzame bus was het Uitzicht van Vensters dat hellishly pijnlijke 75 seconden omhoog enkel aan laars nam.

UPDATE: De meeste lezers zullen onderhand weten dat ik met de titel voor dit stuk ironisch was: inderdaad bevordering van Uitzicht aan XP. Nochtans, heeft Micro$oft rechten degraderen die in zijn EULAs worden gebouwd en u mag eigenlijk van OEM Uitzicht op een nieuwe PC/laptop op XP overschakelen - het allen wordt langs verklaard Vraag Admin

RC (de Kandidaat van de Versie) van SP3 is nu beschikbaar. Wordt gewaarschuwd, melden de gebruikers reeds een paar problemen met één of twee apps, niet worden alle talen nog gesteund, en meer aan het punt, de download RC is beperkte tijd.

Kan ik mijn Nieuwe Laptop met Uitzicht in XP in plaats daarvan omzetten? Ik haat Uitzicht en de software van mijn bedrijf is slechts compatibel met XP.

Natuurlijk kunt u Joe, als u een wettig exemplaar van XP hebt. U zult de harde aandrijving moeten afvegen, opnieuw invoert, en installeert dan XP. Finally, you’d then have to let XP do all its updates and install SP2 ready for the release of SP3

Hey there David. I’m curious if you booted each OS a few times before taking the timings? xp and Vista will boot slightly faster after a few boots. Also, what service packs were installed?

Presson, sorry that’s not me in the video! I suspect there are a lot of variables that might affect boot times. I guess to do a proper controlled experiment you’d have to format the hard drive do a full clean install of each OS, reboot say ten times and then do the timings. All the while surfing on your Linux box!

Luwiskie, you mean your data files, I presume. Back them up to an external storage medium before you make any changes. Do a search elsewhere for more details on how to prepare to remove Vista and switch to XP.

I am glad to see topic. But my question is a bit off-topic, but I really hope you will answer me.

You said that it is possible to change Vista to XP by using a legitimate XP cd. I would like to ask which version of XP? I mean either OEM, Retail ,etc.?

Please enlighten me. Thank you.

Here’s a quick tip for anyone looking for SP3. It’s now available for direct download from Microsoft. However, I strongly recommend that you DO NOT INSTALL Sp3. It is causing serious repeated reboot problems for thousands of users, yours truly included! I had to drop back to an original XP disk and rebuild everything from scratch and now I find that my SATA drivers ain’t running. Luckily no data loss though.

Actually, having given it a go, I’d strongly advice not installing SP3 at this time. Its installation trashed my laptop and I had to resurrect from the original XP disk and reinstall all updates and software. Thankfully, no data was lost, but it all took a whole day to do, so there was a great loss of work time.
