Anyone can set up a branded or white label LiveDrive account – http://www.livedrive.com/ForResellers/SellingLivedriveBusiness and sell or give away unlimited storage space. It costs about $70 per month (in UK pounds £39.95), so what’s to stop an individual or a group clubbing together to create an account and offering 500 Gb or even a terabyte or more of storage to each other and charging the rest of the world for the privilege? Nothing, as far as I can tell. Gone, it seems, are the days of costly cloud storage…
