I also tend to leave out FUNNY in my resume and usually it's other people that say I am funny or silly. Evangelist has shifted connotations so that it is mainly a job title – the person in the company who is supposed to push a given product or technology to the geek community. Not sarcastic, as such, but certainly tongue-in-cheek, hence the use of the word stoopid in the title.
