Co-founder Evan Williams reveals some startling things he’s learned from users, and the way they’ve driven his business forward. Real-time event reporting has become an indispensable part of Twitter, for instance. He admits that he doesn’t know what will happen next with Twitter but has learned to follow the hunch never to assume where it will go.
