Tech blog critique
May 21st, 2010 by David Bradley >> 2 Comments
Long time, blogger, genuine social media expert, and politician Ari Herzog recently critiqued a bunch of blogs, including Sciencetext. He pointed out some technical issues, such as the wording of various sections of the sidebar menu and a couple of confusing aspects about the layout and static pages, which I’ve now fixed. But, he also pointed out that while I’ve been writing on science and technology for 20+ years and somehow know what I’m doing by now, this site and the Sciencebase site don’t get a consistent flow of comments…
Anyway, here is Ari’s full critique in video form, see if you can spot the differences.:

Groovy stuff. Glad it was helpful… was it?

Yes, it was…I think I said so in the comments on your critique, or even if I didn’t actually say it was I certainly made changes in response to what you said
So, thanks. Hopefully, it will make the site more attractive overall and navigation more obvious.
