SQT: Make Friends with Auntie Spam

The Auntie Spam Greasemonkey script for Firefox makes handling your Akismet spam folders so much easier than viewing them in native format.

The new version even groups spam comments by IP address and tells you how many have been submitted from specific IP addresses. You can then add a deny from 123.123.123.123 on a fresh line in your site’s .htaccess file to block future activity from the worst offenders.
