Spotify apps for almost all

Spotify has jumped aboard the apps bandwagon by adding, well…apps. Like some of the augmented music players for iPad, such as GrooveBug, which adds videos, reviews and links, but in reverse Spotify apps turn the reviews in Rolling Stone and The Guardian into playing music. Apparently, available to all desktop Spotify users with or without paid account.
Spotify apps. I don’t see apps when I run Spotify…US only?
