		<description>If it&#039;s an expired domain it won&#039;t have any hosting, other than the company holding the domain. But, if it&#039;s a remnant site that is still hosted and not expired then you should be able to negotiate a price for buying the content too. That would be the best option, particularly if the site has high ranking but updating has simply been abandoned by the owner.</description>
