What are they planning to do, get down on their hands and knees scrub those coal seams and oil wells with some nice strong elbow grease? ما هي تخطط لذلك ، ان ننكب على ايديهم والركبتين أصقل تلك الفحم اللحامات وآبار النفط مع بعض القوى نيس الكوع الشحوم؟

Apparently, the title alludes to a meeting to be held on February 15, that will discuss ways to produce cleaner fossil fuels. ويبدو ان العنوان يشير الى اجتماع سيعقد في 15 شباط / فبراير ، ان يناقش سبل لانتاج أنواع الوقود الاحفوري الانظف.
