Fascinating tech talk

January 5th, 2011 by David Bradley >> No Comments

I collate the various tech news links I bookmark (using delicious) and get Postalicious to format them as a neat little blog post, here are my latest findings:

  • BBC News – iPhone hacker publishes secret Sony PlayStation 3 key – The PlayStation 3's security has been broken by hackers, potentially allowing anyone to run any software – including pirated games – on the console.
  • Free apps bundle and download – All must-have free apps. Bundle them together into a single installer and run it while you grab a coffee.
  • RSS is dying – RSS is being ignored despite its huge power, as such Chrome doesn't even implement it and Mozilla is ditching the button. We cannot let RSS die, it's too useful, even if the majority of web users don't know it yet…
  • Trunk.ly search – You can now search all my trunk.ly links (links aggregated from my Facebook page, twitter feed, and delicious account). The link I've linked here has "chemistry" as the search term, but to search just swap that word for your own keyword.
