Chilling memory cards as they heat up

I’m totally confused by the specification for a mini format “SD” card I purchased to augment my Pure Evoke 3 digital radio…

According the tech sheet:

“Operating Temperature: 0 to 65C, Non-Operating Temperature: -20C to 75C”

So, it will work from 0 to quite hot but not if it’s between -20 to 75C. But, isn’t 0-65 within that range.

I suspect what they mean is that it works at 0 to 65 but if you cool it below -20 or heat it above 75 you’ll really screw it up. But, what happens at -20 to 0 and from 65 to 75 is anyone’s guess.
