Avoiding social analytics

Oh, one more thing…if you run your own site, you may be inclined to constantly check how many times you get retweeted, liked, +’ed etc etc etc. This is even more of a waste of the time you could be using to be creative than simply checking status updates first thing.

However, if you really must do it, check out this Chrome extension: Social Analytics shows the number of shares, likes, tweets, clicks and bookmarks for a provided URL on various social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Delicious and more.
