    Lorna, if you can still download email from the alternate email address you used to register with live.com you can simply ask the server to send you re-set instructions.     @David I suppose that on occasion it might be generated by someone actually messing with your account, but I suspect like a shipload of other junk email it’s actually just text that’s been scraped by a bot at some point and is now incorporated into automatic spamming and scamming software. @ David Suppongo che in occasione potrebbe essere generato da qualcuno effettivamente fare con il tuo account, ma ho il sospetto come un shipload di altre e-mail spazzatura è in realtà solo testo che è stato raschiato da un bot a un certo punto ed è ora incorporata in automatico lo spamming e scamming software.

    i have a small problem. Ho un piccolo problema. i have forgotten my windows live/msn password and have had the reset link sent to my alternate email numerous times now but when i click or cut and paste it into the address bar it only comes up with a windows live loading screen and does nothing else.     Try clearing your cache or open the link in an other browser… Prova a svuotare la cache o aprire il collegamento in un altro browser…

    @Everyone, if you forgot your password, username, secret question, alt email address etc. There is very, very, very, very little chance you’re ever going to get back into whatever login you forgot those details for. @ Tutti, se hai dimenticato la password, nome utente, domanda segreta, alt indirizzo di posta elettronica ecc Non vi è molto, molto, molto, molto scarse possibilità che stai andando sempre di tornare in qualunque login hai dimenticato quelli per i dettagli.     i forgot my password but when i go to reset it says that my email doesn’t exits even though i added myself on my friends account and i can see its perfectly right.     Hi i recenlty forgot my password to my hotmaill acount and i used the alternate email to send the password reset link.     @kit - bizarre. @ kit - bizzarro. Clear your cache, uninstall international settings, particularly Chinese, make sure you’re not using a proxy and try again. Svuotare la cache, disinstallare le impostazioni internazionali, in particolare cinese, assicurarsi che non si sta usando un proxy e riprova. Or, better still learn Chinese. O, meglio ancora imparare il cinese.
